I’m an entrepreneur, author, caregiver advocate, and lifelong learner with a background rooted in healthcare, caregiving, senior care, insurance, and business.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—working in healthcare, supporting seniors and families, building businesses, navigating motherhood, and creating new opportunities for myself.

Those experiences taught me something important:
