About Us

Hi, it's Meg & Nat aka the team behind The Happy Donut Bakery. We're so excited to be here and share our vegan baking knowledge with you!


We started the Happy Donut Bakery in 2020 with a simple mission: to make indulgent plant-based bakes that you wouldn't know were vegan. It was a dream of ours to open a vegan bakery, but we knew it would take some time to get there—so we spent the first year learning as much as possible about baking and refining our recipes through trial and error.


After two and a half years in business, we've closed the doors on our bakery, but we still have so much knowledge to share with you!
