About Me

Breaking Cycles, One Parent at a Time

I'm Aisha; a cycle-breaker, educator, and mother teaching parents how to heal while raising their children.

But my journey didn't start with answers. It started with loss.

The Catalyst

In 2019, my mother who was my best friend, died of pancreatic cancer...two months from diagnosis to death.

Two short years later I was pregnant with my first child, grieving, and suddenly face-to-face with everything I'd been avoiding: unhealed trauma, unprocessed emotions, and generational patterns I couldn't even name.

My parents carried wounds they never healed...abandonment, racism, poverty, survival. And those wounds became my inheritance.

I swore I wouldn't pass them to my children.

But knowing what you don't want to do and knowing HOW to do differently are two different things.

What I Learned the Hard Way

Through my mother's death, two unmedicated home births, and years of deep study, I learned:

You can't think your way out of trauma. You have to feel it, transform it, and alchemize it.

I studied neuroscience, quantum physics, attachment theory, family systems; not just academically, but as tools for my own survival and healing.

And now I teach what I had to learn:

How to regulate your nervous system (so you stop reacting from survival mode)

How to decode your child's behavior (Body, Heart, Identity needs)

How to differentiate (stop making your child responsible for your emotions)

How to alchemize emotions (turn grief into strength, fear into trust)

Why This Work Matters

I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching from the trenches.

I'm a mother who still gets triggered. Who still slips into old patterns. But I know how to repair. I know how to come back. I know how to choose differently.

And every time I do, I'm not just changing my life; I'm changing my children's inheritance.

If You're Here, You're Ready

You recognize the patterns. You want something different. You're willing to look at yourself first.

That's how cycles break.

Welcome. Let's do this together.
