About Me

First things first; let's get one thing out of the way, THIS IS NOT A DIET! Diets are tasteless and unsustainable. You can still eat the food you want you just have to be creative and figure out healthy versions of your favorite foods! That being said, this is not a fix all or a miracle fix. This is simply a collection of recipes to show you healthier options of foods you eat every day.

My name is Kyle and I have used these recipes along with my significant other; Makayla, to lose over 80 pounds combined in under 90 days. WE’RE NOT DONE YET EITHER. This was done by keeping under 1800 calories using these recipes along with walking 10 plus miles every day. ONLY DRINK WATER AND NOTHING ELSE FOR AT LEAST THE FIRST 60 DAYS. That’s what worked best for us, but everyone is different. You will need to figure out your metabolism and try to stay 3 to 5 hundred calories under that. Also, try to get as much sleep as possible. Sleep helps your body recover and is the time when most of the visible results take shape.

I have taken the time to include the nutrition facts for all recipes. Keep in mind that this is a guide and not perfectly accurate. Small differences in ingredients you choose to use can lead to big differences in the numbers on the back end. That being said, stay as close as possible to the ingredients listed and don’t take shortcuts. Shortcuts often add unnecessary calories that are not needed.

So, let’s get started. Pick a recipe for each meal period (i.e., Breakfast, lunch, dinner) daily and every other day pick a desert. Easy, right? I’m looking forward to seeing your results. :)
