Dr. Jeffery C. Smith II is a Christian minister, teacher, content creator, and host of The Holistic Man Podcast. A native of Hampton Roads, Virginia, he accepted Christ at an early age while being raised in a strong Christian environment. His life verse, Psalm 37:4—“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart”—has shaped both his calling and his commitment to Encourage, Equip, and Empower (E³) others through biblical truth. As a gifted communicator of God's Word, Dr. Smith is passionate about helping people experience the freedom that comes through truth and develop lives fully surrendered to God. His ministry reflects a desire to make Scripture practical, transformational, and applicable to the real spiritual, emotional, and personal challenges people face.

Dr. Smith has earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, a Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Counseling, and a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling.

Through The Holistic Man Podcast, Dr. Smith helps Christian men reclaim biblical masculinity, leadership, and purpose through Christ. His work challenges men to develop spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and purposefully so they can become the men God created them to be.
