I'm a lifter with a scientific mind and an 80s‑bodybuilder approach. I’ve spent over a decade training, studying, and refining the principles that actually build muscle. I’m not a qualified coach, and I don’t pretend to be. I’m someone who lives, eats, sleeps and breaths this. I test everything under the bar before ever recommending it.


My approach is simple: structured training, disciplined execution, and the kind of grit you only get from years in dimly lit gyms with heavy music and heavier lifts. I’m calm, precise, and focused on what works: no hype, no shouting, no gimmicks. Just real training built on experience, logic, and relentless consistency.
