1. Redistribution (Free or Resale) without permission of the Labyrinth's Gate and its owner is strictly prohibited. All Models are Protected by Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Violator's May Be Subject to Legal Action, Take Down Reqests, Banning from store and Other media platforms (Discord). 

2. Any Redistribution (With the Permission of Axe(The Labyrinth's Gate) Must be distributed to only 1 (ONE) Other User, User's(singular or multiple) Discord#001/Vrchat Username, Must Be provided at A. Checkout, B. Sent Directly to Axe. All Fields must be filled out correctly, failure to abide Will result in Banning and Inability to Purchase Future Models. (Note: Person Gifted a model is not allowed to gift to another without purchasing). 

3. Charity Models May not be Redistributed to another person UNLESS It is a Set of 2 or more avatars, Above Requirements still apply. 

4. Models won in giveaways, and free models have the same applied rules as above. 

Refunds are Not allowed unless valid Explaination is Provided: 

Invalid Excuses include but are not limited to:

- I don't want the model anymore

- The package doesn't work (If you have trouble please request help VIA DM or #avatar-help)

- I Don't Have ___

- I Didn't Realise Poiyomi Pro Was required! 

And Any other user error, caused by failing to properly read the descriptions, or lack of Unity knowledge is not Viable for refund 

Refunds are made on a case by case basis and do not have any specific Valid Excuses to List.
