Hi! I'm Aline Meloni.

I grew up in Brazil, where I built the first chapter of my career before moving to the United States and discovering that succeeding in Corporate America required more than working hard - it required learning a whole new set of unwritten rules.

Today, I work with some of the world's biggest consumer brands as a global executive at a market research company. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of partnering with many Fortune 500 companies.

I'm also passionate about mentoring Latinas and helping them see that they belong. I've had the privilege of supporting incredible women as they navigate their careers, build confidence, and pursue leadership opportunities.

Time and time again, I've seen that many of the qualities we've been taught to tone down - our warmth, resilience, passion, and ability to build relationships - are actually some of our greatest leadership strengths.

That's why I wrote The Latina Advantage.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I don't want another Latina to spend years believing she has to become someone else to succeed.

My hope is that this e-book helps you understand the unwritten rules of Corporate America while giving you the confidence to embrace the very qualities that make you unique.

Our culture is not something to overcome. It's something to leverage.
