I’m an IT Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator, and I didn’t start out in tech. I made the move into IT from other roles, so I know what it’s like to learn this stuff from the outside looking in.

When AI tools started showing up everywhere, I noticed most people fell into two camps: the ones who were scared of it and the ones who expected it to do everything. I landed somewhere in the middle. I use AI every week to organize my notes, prepare for meetings, and think through decisions. It doesn’t do my job for me. It helps me do it with less stress and more time to spare.

The Learning Lab is where I share what’s worked for me in plain language, with no tech background required. Everything here is practical, beginner-friendly, and built for busy people.

I also offer one-on-one AI coaching if you want help applying it to your own work. Reach me at tashay@shaythrash.com.
