About Elijah Victorson
Elijah Victorson is a performance scientist, men's sexual health educator, and certified coach with graduate-level training across exercise science, sexology, and pelvic health.
Elijah holds a Master's Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from California State University, Northridge, and a double major in Exercise Science and Sports & Fitness Management from the University of New England.
He also holds an MSc in Sexology from Bircham International University (Spain), where his studies focused on the physiological and psychological dimensions of human sexual function.
He is currently completing an advanced continuing education program through Evidence In Motion (EIM) as a Pelvic Health Specialist, training in sexual dysfunction assessment, sexual interviewing and counseling techniques, and whole-person pelvic floor care across all ages and genders.
A professional athlete, marathon runner, and performance coach, Elijah spent over a decade working with endurance athletes, runners, and cyclists at every level — from youth sports to the professional ranks.
His reputation was built on results: athletes who train with Elijah consistently outperform their peers, often using methods considered unorthodox by traditional standards.
It was this intersection of performance science, clinical sexology, and pelvic health training that led Elijah to develop his approach to men's sexual health.
The core principles that govern athletic performance under stress — nervous system regulation, muscular conditioning, breath control, and focused mental discipline — apply directly to the challenge millions of men face in the bedroom.
Premature ejaculation is, at its core, a performance problem. And performance problems have structured solutions.
Last Longer Naturally is the product of that expertise. It's a structured, evidence-based training program that draws on clinical research from Masters & Johnson, Dr. Barbara Keesling's non-ejaculatory orgasm work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and modern pelvic floor science — filtered through Elijah's background in progressive physical training into a practical 8-week system any man can follow at home.
Elijah lives in California, where he continues to coach athletes and develop men's health programs rooted in the same principle that drives all his work: the human body can be trained to do remarkable things when you understand the science and commit to the process.
