Hello and welcome to The Mindfulness Kitchen! I'm a food blogger and Fine Art student who spends her free time developing recipes and dancing around the kitchen.
The past 6 years I've suffered from mental illness, so whilst once cooking was my creative past-time, it has now become a key grounding and coping mechanism for me. The Mindfulness Kitchen - the blog I created to share my cooking escapades and journey with mental illness - has become a platform for my uplifting and wholesome food - food for every mood. Whether you need something easy, nourishing, comforting, fun or quick - there's a recipe for you. 
I hope that my recipes bring comfort and support to those who need it and that by talking openly and honestly about mental illness we can start breaking down the stigma surrounding the topic!
