Shipping Policy
Digital Products:
- For digital products, such as digital planners and stickers, there is no physical shipment involved. Upon completion of your purchase, your digital product(s) will be instantly available for download from the website. You will also receive an email containing a link to download your digital product(s) directly to your device.
Physical Products:
- Shipping times for physical products will be clearly indicated in the product description. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping times.
- Once your physical product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
- Please note that physical products are produced and shipped by our manufacturing partner. In some cases, if you order multiple physical products in the same order, they may be shipped separately and at different times.
Shipping Destinations:
- Currently, we are only shipping orders to addresses within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
