Dr. Quevarra Moten is an international higher education consultant and mental health advocate who is originally from Houston, Texas. After serving as the Director of Learning and Teaching in the United Kingdom, she returned home and accepted the role of Deputy Executive Director of NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) Central Texas.
