Every year, there’s a lot of buzz about the annual ASHA Convention. However, there are so many other conferences/symposiums (virtual and in-person) that are great for Speech Language Pathologists… all of which you can get SLP Continuing Education credits for.
I recently enjoyed my time at the 18th Annual North American Brain Injury Society Conference in Arlington, VA. Afterwards, I did a poll asking other Speech Therapists which conferences they like to l/want to attend….and I also added a list of some of my favorites. Check out the clickable list of SLP related conferences below:
· American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine Conference
· Mid-South Conference on Communicative Disorders (University of Memphis)
· Biannual International Cognitive Communication Disorders Conference (Vanderbilt University)
