About Me

Welcome to The Nurture Hive — Nurturing families. Building resilience.

I’m passionate about helping children feel understood, supported and confident, while empowering the adults around them with practical tools to make a difference.

With a degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Early Childhood Studies and Education, and over 12 years of experience in education, I have developed a strong interest in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), emotional regulation and additional support needs.

Through my work supporting children and families, I understand how challenging it can sometimes be to navigate big emotions, sensory needs, transitions and behaviours that can be difficult to understand.

The Nurture Hive was created to bridge the gap between understanding children’s needs and knowing how to support them in everyday life.

My aim is to create accessible, practical and thoughtfully designed resources for parents, educators and professionals working with children. From emotional regulation toolkits to sensory support strategies, each resource is designed to encourage connection, nurture resilience and help children develop the skills they need to thrive.

I believe that behaviour is communication, connection comes before correction, and every child deserves to feel safe, valued and understood.

Whether you’re a parent supporting your child at home or an educator creating a nurturing environment in the classroom, I hope you find resources here that make your journey a little easier.

Thank you for being here and supporting The Nurture Hive. 💚

Together, we can help children feel understood, build resilience and flourish.
