I am Sophia. The mystical mind behind The Power of You.

I live in New Zealand, Aotearoa. I am a mother to three children and a lively golden retriever. I am of Māori, English, Walsh, French and Danish descent.

I have always been deeply connected to my spiritual soul with sharp inner wisdom and a fire in my belly. I grew up with very conflicting internal dialog. My indigenous culture was beautiful and bright but heavy and shameful. My European heritage and ancestry felt heavy, displaced, wrong and most of all like It wasn't me either. I didn't belong anywhere, but my heart knew so deeply that I was held by my ancestors and forces I couldn't even comprehend.

I know I am not alone in the journey to reclaim my own identity, my voice, my power. To alchemize, live deep healing through lifetimes and bring sovereign power back to each and every one of the beautiful souls that walk this earth.
