Hi! I’m Jess! An ER nurse by background, former clinical instructor, and someone who absolutely loves precepting.

I remember being a new grad and thinking, “I learned this in school… but what do I actually do first?” My favorite part of teaching is helping nurses connect that textbook knowledge to the patient in front of them.

My goal is to help you build your understanding, ask thoughtful questions, and feel more supported as you learn.
