Welcome to LucidLab Toolkit exclusive series: The Productive Babe, operated by Dora, an individual creator based in Croatia (EU). These Terms govern your use of this store and all digital products purchased through Payhip.

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Business

LucidLab Toolkit provides digital products, including planners, templates, workbooks, and Notion dashboards.

All products are delivered digitally and no physical items are shipped.

The shop is operated as a hobby/independent creator activity, not as a registered business entity. Payments are processed securely by Payhip and Stripe.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive:

• immediate access to your digital files
• a confirmation email
• download links in your Payhip library

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital, instant-access nature of all products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available.

By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and therefore waive your EU right of withdrawal once the download begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or incorrect, please email me and I will ensure you receive your correct files.

4. License & Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the product.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute files
• Modify and resell templates as your own
• Use any product for commercial or client work without explicit written permission

5. VAT & Taxes

As an individual creator, I am not VAT-registered.

VAT for digital goods in the EU is collected, stored, and remitted by Payhip in accordance with EU MOSS regulations.

VAT is included in the displayed prices where applicable.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely handled by Payhip in partnership with Stripe.

Your payment information is never stored by me personally.

7. Limitation of Liability

LucidLab Toolkit (+ The Productive Babe) and its owner are not responsible for:

• financial losses
• academic outcomes
• technical issues beyond our control
• misuse of the products

Digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and visuals on LucidLab Toolkit, and The Productive Babe, are copyrighted by Dora, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or redistribution is prohibited.
