Build Your Digital Product in the Quiet Hours You Already Have..Even As A Busy Mom

Created By; Shawna Buster

The Quiet Hours Blueprint helps busy moms and women turn small pockets of time into a useful digital product, a simple promotion system, and a repeatable 90-day growth rhythm.

Practical, calm, and designed for real life Moms—not perfect schedules.

You do not need more ideas. You need a path you can actually follow.

You may already have a list of ideas, a skill you could teach, or a solution you know would help someone. The harder part is turning that possibility into something useful when your time, attention, and energy are shared with family life, work, and everyday responsibilities.

You may be navigating:

Limited time — small pockets of availability instead of long, uninterrupted workdays.

Scattered attention — too many decisions about what to create, say, and do next.

Uncertainty — not knowing which idea is useful enough to build first.

Promotion discomfort — wanting visibility without feeling like you have to perform online every day.

Stop-and-start momentum — making progress, then losing your place when life gets busy.

You do not need a perfect schedule to begin. You need a practical path that helps you make one thoughtful decision, one useful asset, and one manageable next step at a time.

The Quiet Digital Product Suite is designed to reduce unnecessary complexity.

You can work through it in small sessions, customize the resources to your audience, and make decisions based on what you learn rather than trying to do everything at once.

*Keep in mind*

Your outcomes will depend on many factors including:

  • the strength of your offer
  • your audience fit
  • consistency
  • traffic quality
  • customer experience
  • execution

The Suite provides you the structure and tools—it does not promise you a guaranteed income or a guaranteed result.

Q&A Before You Begin 🙋🏼‍♀️

You do not need a perfect plan. You need a next useful step.

You can begin with the level that fits your current season: start with the Blueprint for clarity and creation, add the Quiet Content Vault when you are ready for a calmer promotion system, or choose the complete suite when you want implementation and optimization support alongside both resources.

The goal is not to do everything at once. It is to make informed, consistent progress with a useful product, a clear message, and a rhythm you can return to when life gets full.

About Me

Hi! I am so glad you're here!

My name is Shawna

I’m a mom of three.

And in December 2024, our family’s world changed in a way I never expected.

My youngest was born at just 26 weeks.

What followed was 140 days in the NICU.

For 140 days, life looked completely different.

There were hospital days, long nights, uncertainty, constant decisions, and trying to somehow keep everything else going at the same time.

I was a mom first.

But I was also trying to keep our home together, be there for my other children, and figure out what life was going to look like from one day to the next.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that, something else started falling apart.

My Amazon store.

Before all of this, I had built an Amazon business that I was proud of.

But the reality was that it needed time, attention, and consistency.

And I simply didn't have those things anymore.

My priorities had changed overnight.

I couldn't spend hours working on a business.

I couldn't constantly create content.

I couldn't build my life around an online business.

And honestly?

I didn't want to.

I wanted something that could fit around my life, instead of requiring my life to fit around it.

I Kept Thinking There Had To Be Another Way.

I knew I wanted to make money online.

I knew I wanted something of my own.

And I knew that having some extra income could make a real difference for our family.

But every time I looked at the advice online, it seemed like the answer was always the same:

Become an influencer.

Post every day.

Make videos.

Show your face.

Build a personal brand.

Grow a huge following.

Be on social media constantly.

And I remember thinking...

I can't do that.

Not because I didn't want to work.

I was already working harder than I ever had.

I just needed a business model that understood that I was a mom with limited time.

I needed something I could work on in the little pockets of time I actually had.

Maybe 30 minutes here.

An hour there.

A quiet moment during a nap.

A little time after the kids went to bed.

I didn't need another job.

I needed something flexible.

That's When I Started Looking at Digital Products Differently.

I realized I didn't need to build a huge company to get started.

I could create something small that solved a real problem.

A planner.

A checklist.

A guide.

A template.

Something useful that someone would actually pay for.

And instead of trying to convince thousands of people to follow me, I could use Pinterest to help people discover what I created.

Then I discovered how much AI could help with the parts that normally take so much time.

Ideas.

Research.

Writing.

Content.

Pinterest titles.

Descriptions.

Planning.

Suddenly, the process didn't feel quite so overwhelming.

It started to feel possible.

Not easy.

Not overnight.

And definitely not guaranteed.

But possible.

And that distinction mattered to me.

I Created The Nap-Time Profit System For The Mom I Was Looking For.

I wanted someone to show me:

“Start here.”

Not:

“Here are 47 things you need to learn first.”

Not:

“Build a following.”

Not:

“Post 3 times a day.”

Not:

“Become an expert.”

Just...

Pick a problem.

Create a simple solution.

Get it in front of people.

Keep going.

That's the idea behind The Nap-Time Profit System.

It's not about promising that you'll wake up tomorrow with thousands of dollars in your bank account.

It's about giving you a simple place to start if you're a busy mom who wants to learn how to create digital products and build toward your first $1,000 online.

Because I know what it's like to have very little time.

I know what it's like when life doesn't go according to plan.

And I know what it's like to want something for yourself while still putting your family first.

You Don't Need To Become Someone Else To Build Something Of Your Own.

You don't need to become an influencer.

You don't need to show your face.

You don't need a huge audience.

And you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You just need a starting point.

That's what I wanted to create for you.

Something simple enough to work through in the small pockets of time that motherhood gives you.

Something that helps you take one step instead of staring at the entire staircase.

Because sometimes, especially when life feels overwhelming, one small step is enough.

And if I can help another mom take that first step...

Then everything I've been through has helped me create something meaningful.

So let's start there.

One idea.

One product.

One pin.

One small pocket of time.

And eventually...
