The Really Nourish Movement

I have a lot of names: Rashida Veronique Serrant-Davis officially, previously Fitzgerald, some still call me Vee (from the days before I realized how lovely my first name was, and I went by my middle name instead). In contrast, I have been on a single track through my life: Food. As a kid, my dad used to take me to work with him when he was a hotel banquet chef, where I "helped" him prepare lots of different foods. As a chef's kid and a child of West Indian immigrants, I had a rather unusual food life at home as well as a summer vegetable garden. I graduated from SUNY Cobleskill College with a degree in Hotel Technology and later obtained a Diploma of Wine and Spirit from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. I was born in the Bronx, NY and have lived in the UK and New Zealand, currently living in Trinidad and Tobago. I am a child of God, a Kidney Donor, a wife and a mother of two beautiful children. Also, I am the mother of The Really Nourish Movement.
