About Me

Hi, I’m Karolina.

I’m a holistic women’s health specialist and the creator of The Rewilding Woman.

My work focuses on helping women reconnect with their bodies through nervous system awareness, physiology and embodied practices.

Many of the women who find my work feel something similar.

They feel exhausted even when they rest.

Their mind feels constantly busy.

Their body feels tense, inflamed or disconnected.

They’ve often tried many things to feel better, but nothing seems to create lasting change.

What many women are not told is that the body cannot truly heal or regulate while the nervous system is constantly operating in survival mode.

For years I’ve studied the deeper connections between the nervous system, fascia, lymphatic flow, hormones and emotional patterns in the female body.

What I’ve seen again and again is this:

When women begin reconnecting with their body and understanding how their physiology actually works, everything starts to make more sense.

The tension.

The fatigue.

The emotional overwhelm.

It stops feeling like the body is working against them.

And starts feeling like the body is communicating.

Through my courses and programs, I guide women through simple but powerful practices that help rebuild safety and awareness in the body.

This work is not about forcing change.

It is about learning to listen to your body again.

Because once that connection begins to return, the body often starts responding in ways that feel surprising and empowering.
