Hell and Welcome to my page, My name is Joseph A. Faison Jr. — a father, a man of faith, and the creator behind The Scriptures Verse.



I have walked through depression and some of the hardest seasons of my life. But through all of it God's Word found me — just like my mother always said it would. She had a scripture for everything and built something in me I still stand on today.

I am the author of Peace in the Storm and Unshaken — two faith-based devotionals written for real people in real seasons. For the tired, the anxious, and anyone who has ever wondered if God is still present in the middle of the chaos.

My mission is simple. I want to add value to this world before I leave it. I want someone to find one of my books on the worst day of their life and feel — even for a moment — that they are not alone.
