As founder of Gold Star Senior Shared Housing (501c3) and the creator of The Next Nest Program, an innovative housing initiative focused on helping older adults find safe, affordable, and supportive shared living opportunities, I am humbled by the opportunity to continue uplift seniors. With more than 30 years in real estate and housing services, I have dedicated my career to improving the lives and well-being of seniors through housing solutions that promote independence, dignity, financial stability, and meaningful social connections.
