YOUR PERSONALISED PROPOSAL

Your tailored package fee covers the agreed planning, accompanied sourcing days and follow-up support. You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the itinerary, inclusions and total service fee before booking. Dates, supplier access and post-trip coordination are confirmed in your proposal.

Your own flights, accommodation, travel insurance, visas, meals and personal expenses are additional unless expressly included. Products, freight, duties, taxes and independent quality inspections are quoted separately. Interpreter and local transport arrangements will be clearly set out in your proposal.

OPTIONAL, ALWAYS

You can choose sourcing support without travelling. The China trip is an optional addition to your sourcing plan, subject to availability.
