About Me

The Story Behind the Squirrel Hive

I’ve worn many hats: Therapist. Military spouse. Stay-at-home mom to four neurodivergent kids. And eventually—at age 34—a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself.

For a long time, I was "muddling through." Between my clinical work and raising a large family while my husband was away with the military, I was desperately seeking systems that worked for a brain like mine. I spent late nights scouring the internet for resources, but everything was either too dry and clinical or too complicated to actually use when I was tired and flying solo.

I didn’t need more "tips"—I needed a blueprint.

I started creating my own tools out of necessity. I needed systems that were "drop-in ready"—things that worked even when my executive function was low and my house was loud. I realized that if these tools helped a former therapist manage a "Squirrel Hive" of six neurodivergent people on her own, they could help you, too.

What you'll find here:

  • Clinical Knowledge: Grounded in my background as a therapist.
  • Real-Life Application: Tested in the trenches of motherhood and military life.
  • ADHD-Friendly Design: No fluff, no overwhelm—just the tangible tools you need to understand your brain and find your flow.

Welcome to the hive. I’m so glad you’re here.
