About Me

Hi, I'm Caroline — habit and wellbeing coach, and founder of Mojo Fitness Online.


I specialise in helping women over 40 build sustainable health, confidence, and energy through simple daily habits that actually stick. No extreme diets. No punishing workout schedules. No starting over every Monday morning.


I've spent over 20 years working in coaching, engagement, and behaviour change — and the one thing I've learned above everything else is this: it's never the person who fails. It's always the approach.


The women I work with are capable, busy, and used to being brilliant at everything — except, somehow, this. They've tried the programmes, the challenges, the apps. They start strong, life gets in the way, and they end up back at day one, blaming themselves for something that was never their fault.


That's exactly why I created The Steady Method™.


It's not about doing more. It's about doing something — consistently, sustainably, even on the hard days. Built around real life, not an idealised version of it. Built for the woman who's juggling everything and needs an approach that flexes when she needs it to.


Through Mojo Fitness I've helped hundreds of women in their 40s and 50s stop the starting-over cycle and build something that genuinely lasts — more energy, more confidence, and a quiet sense of pride in finally following through.
