Daniel Naughton

My name is Daniel Naughton â€” I’m a personal trainer, athlete, and coach who’s passionate about helping busy men look better, feel stronger, and live with more energy and confidence.

I grew up playing sports, competed at the Division 1 college baseball level, and now spend my time coaching real people through real-life fitness — not fluff. I know what it’s like to juggle work, relationships, responsibilities, and still want to train hard and stay in shape.

That’s why I focus on efficient, effective programs that help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and perform well — without wasting time in the gym or following unrealistic routines.
