All WordBits and other Teaching Bit resources are digital downloads, delivered immediately on successful payment. Because of this, our approach to refunds works differently from physical goods.

Cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day cooling-off period on distance purchases. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you give up this 14-day cancellation right. If you'd prefer not to waive it, please contact us before downloading.

Faulty, not-as-described, or not-fit-for-purpose resources

This waiver doesn't affect your separate statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a resource is faulty, missing content it was advertised as including, or doesn't match its description, contact us at hello@theteachingbit.comand we'll put it right, including a refund if we can't fix it.
