I live with my husband and little black cat Willow in rural East Cornwall, about ten miles from Bodmin Moor and on the edge of the beautiful Tamar and Danescombe Valleys.

I have been on the Pagan path for a long time, working both instinctually and in a more structured way; alone and as part of small groups of like-minded people. I am also attuned to Master level in Usui and Celtic Reiki, have received the Nine Rites of Munay Ki, and work with Tree Energies, the Ogham, and the Tarot.

My dedication ceremony as a Priestess of Cornwall deepened my connection with both this land and myself, and I love to take meditative and healing walks and opening myself to the paths that the Spirit of Cornwall offers me.

My passion is with the Women’s journey to becoming an Elder-woman, and our meeting with our Crone-self and embracing everything that the journey encompasses; the Crone Goddesses, and the ways in which we develop our potential and feel empowered as older women through these archetypes.

I have created this E-Book for The Temple of Cornwall as a way to bring the magic of the Crone to more people.
