We’re David & Rosy – The Traveling Hutchisons, a Scottish-Filipino family sharing our adventures between Scotland and the Philippines.

What started as a YouTube channel following our campervan adventures, festivals and family travels has grown into something much bigger. We’re now documenting our journey towards building a future in the Philippines — from buying and running our first Airbnb condo, to developing our family land on Olango Island and eventually building our own home there.

The products you'll find here are based on our real experiences. We’re not gurus and we certainly don’t pretend to have all the answers! 😂 We simply share what we’ve learned along the way — including the costs, mistakes, successes and things we wish we’d known before we started.

Our aim is to create affordable, practical guides and tools that can help others who are dreaming about travelling, investing, starting an Airbnb or building a future in the Philippines.
