Yes! We currently ship to the continuous 48 + Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. International orders use USPS Priority Mail International with a flat rate of $35+, which includes tracking and insurance. Delivery typically takes 6–14 business days, depending on your location.
We use USPS Priority Mail International with tracking and insurance to ensure your jewelry and other items arrive safely. Untracked economy mail is too risky for delicate, handcrafted pieces and one-of-a-kind vintage items that cannot be replaced.

Each bracelet comes with:
• a jewelry box
• A printed lore card or short story attached to the top of the box
• A short story folded and added to the box
Many of our vintage items and curiosities come with lore or a story, though this isn’t guaranteed. We do our best to include one with almost every item — it’s part of the fun!
All items are carefully packaged: if we have the original packaging, we’ll use it; otherwise, we ensure the item is well-padded and secure for travel.
Because our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll be happy to assist and make it right.
Most items ship within 3–5 business days. We carefully package each piece to ensure it arrives safely — after all, delicate treasures deserve care.

Yes! Most pieces in The Velvet Library are truly unique. If an item is handmade, limited, or vintage, there’s only one available unless otherwise noted. Even if we can make multiple pieces of the same design, each will have slight variations due to the natural colors and shapes of the beads and pearls.
