Our standard turnaround time for all screen print transfer orders and finished apparel is 7 to 14 days (business days). This allows time for printing, quality checks, and packaging.

No, the 7 to 14 day TAT is for production only. Shipping time is added after the order is completed and depends on the carrier service selected at checkout (e.g., 2-5 days standard shipping).

While rare, if unforeseen circumstances cause a delay beyond the 14-day window, we will proactively notify you via email as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days. Responses may be quicker, but please allow up to 48 business hours, especially during high-volume periods.

✅ Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double‑check your selections before placing your order.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will gladly replace it.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
Once verified, I’ll send out a replacement at no additional cost.
✅ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
