I’m Nicolas, and this small Shih Tzu at my heel is Roscoe — my shadow, my mischief‑maker, and the self‑appointed prince of our travels. We’ve wandered across countries and seas in search of a place to call our own, and at last we found our little kingdom here in Greece.

Before settling, I lived several lives: culinary chef, marketing consultant, bilingual storyteller, and creator of apps — including Roscoe’s own cooking world, where he naturally demanded top billing. Everywhere we went, people asked for the stories, the languages, the recipes, and, inevitably, more of Roscoe.

The Wandering Prince is simply the sum of those wanderings — a small realm of warmth and gentle magic for children, adults, and anyone who steps through our gates.
