Hi, I’m Fiona — mum, sleep educator, and the creator of The Baby Sleep Blueprint: Gentle Strategies for Peaceful Nights.


Like many parents, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and Googling “how to get my baby to sleep” at 2 AM — more than once! After navigating sleep regressions, short naps, and night wakings with my own little one, I realised something powerful:


Better sleep isn’t about rigid routines or letting babies cry endlessly — it’s about understanding what they need, and having gentle, flexible tools to support them.


That’s why I created The Wee Sleepie Dreamer — to help other tired parents just like you feel empowered, supported, and confident about improving sleep at home.
