Founded in 2020 by Katrina Rutter, The Work From Home Hub began as a Facebook community created to support people navigating the world of homebased work. Drawing on a decade of experience building and leading high‑performing remote customer service teams, Katrina built a space designed to make remote work more accessible, transparent, and achievable.


The community has now grown to over 400,000 people, has hosted work‑from‑home roles for more than 5,000 employers, and has helped over 1,200 individuals GET THE JOB.
