About Me
Lillie is an MSW, LCSW, school social worker dedicated to supporting at-risk youth through relationship-centered and restorative practices. She works in an alternative school setting, where she provides social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and individualized care to students navigating complex life circumstances.
Lillie is passionate about disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline by creating safe, inclusive environments that prioritize connection before correction. Her work focuses on restorative justice, peer mediation, and skill-building interventions that help students develop emotional regulation, accountability, and resilience.
In addition to her direct work with students, Lillie supervises social work interns and is committed to mentoring the next generation of social workers. She brings a practical, real-world perspective to supervision, emphasizing the importance of building authentic relationships, navigating complex school systems, and applying social-emotional interventions in ways that are both effective and sustainable.
