Cancellation / Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from The Wellness Mitra Studio.

Because our products are digital eBooks and digital downloads, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Product Purchases

Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and delivered/accessed, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate.

Duplicate Payment

If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same product, please contact us with your order details so we can review the issue.

Technical Problems

If you have successfully purchased a product but are unable to access or download it because of a technical problem, please contact us.

Please provide:

• Your name
• Purchase email address
• Product name
• Order ID/transaction ID
• Screenshot of the problem, if applicable

We will review the issue and try to help you access your purchased product.

Payment Failure

If your payment fails but money has been deducted from your bank account, please first check the payment status with your bank/payment provider.

If the amount was debited but the order was not completed, please contact us with the transaction details so we can investigate.

Cancellation

Since our products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase, cancellation requests may not be possible after successful delivery/access.
