Because these courses include digital lessons and downloadable materials, purchases are nonrefundable once access has been provided.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually, at my discretion. If you need to request an exception or have a payment or access problem, please contact me through the store’s contact page.

If a course purchase is refunded, access to that course will be removed. Any downloaded course materials must be deleted and may no longer be used, shared, or distributed.

This policy does not affect any refund rights required by applicable law.
