These terms apply to courses purchased from They Whisper To Me, offered by David Hanzel.

Your purchase gives you access to the course and its included materials as described on the product page. Please review that description before purchasing. You’ll need an internet connection and a device that can play the lessons and open the downloadable files.

Course access is for your personal use. You may download and print the workbooks for your own study. You may not share your login, resell the materials, upload them publicly, or copy or distribute the lessons or workbooks to others without written permission from David Hanzel. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of its content.

The courses provide education about psychic and intuitive development, based on David Hanzel’s experience and approach. Individual experiences and results vary. Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee particular abilities, accuracy, or professional qualifications. The content is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy available on this store. Purchases are generally nonrefundable once access has been provided, with exceptional circumstances considered individually at David Hanzel’s discretion. If a course purchase is refunded, access to that course will be removed, and downloaded course materials must be deleted and may no longer be used, shared, or distributed.

For questions about a purchase, payment, or course access, please use the store’s contact page.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
