My fascination with edible plants began in Kindergarten after a kids book on edible flowers was read to me.
Rose petals are delicious!
To this day I question what I see in the wild with:
"Can I eat it?"
" What does it taste like?".
Didn't take long to add "Is it good for me?"
These questions followed me from Utah to Michigan, Washington and on to Mexico into the States of Chiapas, Baja California Sur, and currently Quintana Roo (Playa del Carmen).
Now, I hope to pass these fascinations on to my first grandkid near Seattle... and to you!
