I spent 29 years in public safety — fire service, paramedic, Military Police, a combat deployment across Iraq, and federal law enforcement. Still serving today.

I built "Through The Fire" because I know what it's like to carry what this work gives you and say nothing about it. The tools here come from lived experience, not theory.
