Shipping Policy
Processing is 2-5 business days, shipping is 2-4 business days with USPS. Processing + delivery altogether takes 5-10 business days. Delays can happen, we are not responsible for delays and will not refund due to an delay. When your order has been shipped, you will received an email with your tracking number. If you have not received an email your item has not been shipped.
Incorrect Address?
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order ,and put in the wrong address we are not liable, if the packages is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for the shipping again. If this happens you can cancel the order nor get an refund because you put in the incorrect address. the package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for the reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. Tiana's collection is not responsible if they USPS lose or misplace your package.
Several Tracking Numbers?
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if you have an item's in your order that gets shipped from main office and our warehouse. When this happens your order will be merged together into one by USPS, or it will be delivered separately. Each tracking number will sent to you via email.
If an item in your purchase is an pre-order whereas the other items is not, please note that order will ship separately so you will receive different tracking numbers.
Payments:
Please be aware that when placing orders your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to P.O. BOXES an addresses that are not confirmed. Please reach out to us via email before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address.
