I live on the coast of England with my wife, two rescue dogs, and five much loved cats. Like many people, I spend much of my time working and moving through the every day world - yet my heart is always yearning for nature, sacred places, old stories, and the quiet magic that still exists beneath modern life.

I am an empath, an animist, and someone who believes deeply in finding meaning within the mudane. Whether I am following the Wheel of the Year, foraging, creating seasonal recipes, walking beside the sea with my dogs, lighting candles on dark evenings, or simply pausing to notice the changing seasons, I try to celebrate life in small sacred ways whenever I can.
