Tiffany is a former HR executive, entrepreneur, and the founder of The Next Room, a career experience platform built for high achievers who are ready to design what comes next.

Her career has spanned two of the most human industries there are: hospitality and healthcare. Over more than two decades, she led talent acquisition, built high-performing teams, and sat across from thousands of people in career conversations that ranged from first jobs to final chapters. She knows what hiring managers see when a strong candidate walks in the room. She knows what holds people back. And she knows, from the inside, what it takes to make a pivot that actually sticks.

In her own pivot, Tiffany left the corporate executive path to build something of her own. She founded Tablescapes by Tiffany, a party-in-a-box concept born during the pandemic from a belief that people deserve to celebrate even when they cannot gather. She owns an event venue where she now hosts live experiences, including The Next Room workshop, for people in career transition.

She is not a life coach. She is someone who has hired and been hired, led and been led, built and rebuilt, and come out the other side with a framework that works. Everything in this guide comes from that lived experience.
