Hi, I'm Tina, a professional commercial photographer specialising in luxury holiday properties.

Over the years, I've photographed beautiful holiday homes, helping owners showcase their properties at their very best.

One thing I've learned is that great property photography isn't just about having an expensive camera. It's about understanding light, composition, styling and knowing what makes a photograph stand out.

That's why I created Booked by the Photo.

I wanted to share the professional techniques I use every day, making them accessible to holiday-let owners who want to take better photographs using just their smartphones.

From small styling adjustments to finding the perfect angle, my guide will help you see your property through a professional photographer's eyes.

Because beautiful properties deserve beautiful photographs.
