My career has taken me from aerospace structural engineering to computer systems performance, technical publishing, consulting, real estate, online retail, business analytics, and the development of operational diagnostic tools.

Along the way, I’ve built businesses, watched some ideas work, watched others fail, and learned that the path almost never looks as obvious going forward as it does looking backward.
