About TosiBriefs
TosiBriefs is a legal AI governance publication and advisory practice. I'm a computer engineering professor and researcher who spent the past year mapping the specific risks AI introduces into legal practice—the kinds of risk that produce malpractice claims, privilege waivers, and insurance claim denials.
I started TosiBriefs because I watched firms rush into AI deployment out of fear of being left behind, and skip the governance work that protects their clients and their reputation. The pressure to adopt AI is real, but the cost of getting it wrong is worse. The evaluation kit and the articles at tosibriefs.com exist to help firms close that gap before an incident closes it for them.
