All of our products are instant digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Please read the full product description carefully before purchasing.

No Physical Products:

oy Poodle Hub sells digital products only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All guides, printables, and toolkits are delivered instantly to you as downloadable files after purchase.

When We Will Help:

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong product, or your file is damaged or unreadable please get in touch with us straight away. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and make it right for you.

Duplicate Purchases:

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. We will review your request and issue a refund for the duplicate purchase where we are able to confirm it.
