About Me
This book was by no means an easy task for me as I am not a recipe follower. I have thousands of cookbooks that I read as you may read a novel. Once I read it I will close the book and go off and cook my own variation on what I have read. I am a very experimental cook, and once I find a winning dish I document it in my personal recipe binder. Many recipes have been lost along the way, but I feel that I have given you a simple and easy to follow cookbook, that will turn you from Tragic Cook 2 Magic Cook.
Whats it all about:
Whether you are leaving home for the first time or have suddenly become the main cook in your household, this book is for you. Whether a recipe has 4 ingredients or 20, it should be written in plain English rather than chef’s jargon, with simple step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow.
I have provided five easy to follow recipes with pictures for the following categories; Breakfasts – Soups – Salads – Sauces – Pasta – Chicken – Beef – Lamb – Pork – Seafood – Vegetables – Desserts – Teatime – Stock as well as pages on Kitchen Confidence – Knife Techniques – Kitchen Basics – Cooking Utensils – Information and a Kitchen Dictionary. You will find variations in many recipes as well as handy hints and information throughout the book.
Start at the Kitchen Confidence page to learn how to make your cooking experience a pleasant one, even for the most Tragic Cook.
