Hi, I’m Emma, a RAF PTI and PE teacher with over 20 years’ experience helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits.
I’m the creator of the Couch to Strong method, a realistic, beginner-friendly approach to strength training designed for people who feel overwhelmed by fitness, don’t enjoy gyms, or aren’t sure where to start.
All of my programmes are built around the same core principles: progressive strength, simple structure, and consistency without pressure or extremes.
Whether you’re starting from zero or building on a foundation, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and in control of your fitness for the long term.
